David van Leenen
David van Leenen is a partner at Sharek&Co. and serves as lead partner in the Real Estate and Wills & Estates service groups.
Mr. van Leenen was born in Holland, has lived and worked there, and enjoys regular return visits. He is available to assist Dutch speaking clients, although he certainly cannot claim to be fluent in Dutch.
Mr. van Leenen represents several large developers in both residential and commercial property development as well as clients in their purchase and sale of real estate. He also assists clients in wills preparation, probate, administration, and dependent adult matters. He enjoys regular trips to Fort McMurray, and is available for any legal work required there.
Mr. van Leenen obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 1995 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1998, each from the University of Alberta.
