Ian D. Logan
Ian Logan is a partner with Sharek&Co. and serves as lead partner in the creditor protection services group.
Mr. Logan represents various financial institutions, government agencies and private lenders in all aspects of secured and unsecured lending and recovery. In addition, Mr. Logan assists clients with all aspects of their corporate and commercial law needs including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and land development.
Mr. Logan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1974 from Acadia University and his Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University in 1979.
Mr. Logan is active in coaching and assisting his two sons in their sporting endeavours.
