Leesa Sylyski
Leesa Sylyski is an associate serving as a member of the Litigation and Government service groups. Ms. Sylyski has appeared as counsel before all levels of the Alberta courts.
She counsels and represents a wide variety of clients, from private individuals to national and multinational giants. She has represented participants in the construction pyramid, including construction owners, general contractors, material suppliers and workers as well as design, architectural and engineering professionals.
Ms. Sylyski devotes a considerable portion of her practice to providing government and businesses legal advice and has worked on a wide variety of projects including the revision of domestic construction contracts, pre-bid, bid and project alliancing, negotiation and amendment of integrated team and P3 contracts, and privacy matters.
Ms. Sylyski obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2001 from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of Alberta.
