Our litigation team is experienced in trial and appellate work in all levels of Alberta courts, and at administrative boards, commissions, in mediations & negotiations, arbitrations, disciplinary tribunals, and public inquiries. Not every file is suited for the court system and where appropriate, we use private alternative dispute resolution techniques.
